Ex-Mays Portal Terms Of Service are as follows:

  1. By using the Ex-Mays Portal community (the "Community") that Ex-Mays Portal ("Ex-Mays Portal", "us", or "we") operates on our website, currently located at http://www.exmays.net (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (this "Agreement"), whether or not you register as a member of the Ex-Mays Portal Community ("Member"). The Ex-Mays Portal services (the "Services") consist of the Community and the Website.
  2. ELIGIBILITY. THE SERVICES ARE INTENDED SOLELY FOR ACCESS AND USE BY INDIVIDUALS THAT ARE THIRTEEN (13) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. BY ACCESSING AND USING THE SERVICES, YOU ARE CERTIFYING THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST THIRTEEN (13) YEARS OLD. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you are merely surfing or browsing through the Website and have not yet registered to become a Member, your use of the Website is still subject to this Agreement; if you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use the Services.
  1. That this document (Terms of Services/Use) supersedes all agreement between Ex-Mays Portal and whoever is using our services. In case of contradictions between the Terms stated here and any other document(s)/Term(s), this terms stated in this document(s).
  2. That any individual who wish to use our services must signup the Ex-Mays Portal account and agree with terms of service (TOS) before you can use this system. Disclose of account details to any person is strictly at the account holders RISK.
  3. Disclosure of account details to persons even to employees of Ex-Mays Portal is entirely at the subscriber’s risk.
  4. In order to protect access to the subscriber account from unauthorized Persons, the subscriber:
    a) shall take care not to disclose account and password details to another person.
    b) Shall change the security password from time to time, or when the subscriber suspects the possibility of unauthorized present or future use of the account. In the case of unauthorized use the subscriber must inform Ex-Mays Portal by e-mail immediately.
    c) Shall give all the information used on signing up for the Ex-Mays Portal account in a truthful manner.
  5. Ex-Mays Portal makes no representations or warranties of any kind whatsoever with respect to the service and/or the performance of the service, including without limitation, any implied warranties of merchant capability or fitness for a particular purpose. Naira2u.com does not warrant, guarantee or make any representation regarding the use, or the results of the use, of the service and/or the product in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, correctness or otherwise. The entire risk as to the results and performance of the service and the product is assumed by the end user.
  6. That every subscriber agrees and undertakes:

a) To use the service provided by Ex-Mays Portal in accordance with this terms and conditions as may be varied by Ex-Mays Portal either by written notice, information on Ex-Mays Portal site or by notice published in a national press from time to time.
b) Not to contravene any applicable law, legislation or statutory instruments in their country.
c) To indemnify Ex-Mays Portal against all liabilities, claims, damages, losses and expenses arising from any breach of the subscriber undertakings in 4(a) and4(b) above.
d) To update your account via your account login, to inform Ex-Mays Portal of change in address.

  1. The subscriber shall be liable for all charges and fees arising from the Use of the account (If Any) whether authorized or unauthorized, unless such unauthorized use is solely attributable to an act of omission on the part of Ex-Mays Portal.
  2. Ex-Mays Portal subscribers that is not a merchant cannot collect credited account amount for now in physical cash as Ex-Mays Portal remains a membership spending account.
  3. All accounts must be closed by the subscriber in writing or via our support form on our website http://www.exmays.net. A written request to close an account must clearly state the account-holder's username.
  4. The customer by continuing using this service consents to Ex-Mays Portal sharing customer information including use of the service with any company affiliated to Ex-Mays Portal.
  5. If any term or provision, or portion thereof, of this agreement shall be invalid or enforceable, to that extent it shall be deemed or omitted to the extent necessary to render it valid and enforceable, the remainder of the agreement shall remain unaffected and in full force and effect.
  6. This agreement represents the entire understanding between the Parties in relation to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all other agreements made between the parties whether written or oral. No waiver of any provision of this agreement shall be deemed to be a further or continuing waiver of any provision of this agreement. This agreement may not be assigned in whole or in part without the prior written consent of Ex-Mays Portal with such consent not unreasonably withheld by Ex-Mays Portal. Ex-Mays Portal may assign this agreement at anytime.
  7. Ex-Mays Portal may enter into agreements with other companies to offer you additional benefits from your subscription. If you choose to use a particular Ex-Mays Portal -accepting company, we will need to pass details of your name and address to them if their policy requires.
  8. Continue use of Ex-Mays Portal service constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  9. That an account holder of Ex-Mays Portal shall not for any reason disclose its account password at anytime to even a staff of Ex-Mays Portal.
  10. In case of any transactions, Ex-Mays Portal reserves the right to change its exchange rate at any time, which is determined by the exchange rate to a dollar in subscribers country money market.
  11. That Ex-Mays Portal currently support two currencies that are: - The Nigerian Naira and the U.S Dollar and the official currency for now still remain the U.S Dollar. Ex-Mays Portal exchange rate on paying merchants to a dollar shall be determined by the exchange rate in the banking circle.
  12. These terms and conditions also relate directly with any other service that Ex-Mays Portal may offer.
  13. That by accessing this website: These Terms of service supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements, assumptions and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with terms and conditions of any order submitted. Use of Ex-Mays Portal Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  14. The end user's use of the service shall not in any respect whatsoever modify any of the terms, conditions, or restrictions contained in the license agreement or other agreement by which the end user initially acquired rights to use the product or service (this user agreement), and the use of our product or service shall in each and every instance remain subject to the terms, conditions, and restrictions contained in the user agreement.
  15. We, our parent (Platinum Shields Solution), subsidiaries, employees and our suppliers provide our product or services "as is" and without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory. We, our parent subsidiaries, employees and our suppliers specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
  16. If you use, or attempt to use the Ex-Mays Portal product or service for purposes other than the Online Community of Ex-Students of Ex-Mays Portal and managing your account, including but not limited to tampering, hacking, modifying or otherwise corrupting the security or functionality of the product or service, your account will be terminated and you will be subject to damages and other penalties, including criminal prosecution.

  18.  PASSWORD. When you sign up to become a Member, you will also be asked to choose a username and a password for your Member profile. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree not to use the Member profile, username, or password of another Member at any time. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Member profile or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your Member profile.
  19.  The Services are for the personal use of individual Members only, and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors. This includes providing links to other websites, whether deemed competitive to Ex-Mays Portal or otherwise. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses may not become Members of Ex-Mays Portal and should not use the Ex-Mays Portal Services for any purpose. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Services, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the Website will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken.
  20. Ex-Mays Portal owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Services. The Services contain the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information ("Intellectual Property") of Ex-Mays Portal, and its licensors, including other Ex-Mays Portal Members. Except for Intellectual Property which is in the public domain or for which you have been given written permission, you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such Intellectual Property and the provision of such Intellectual Property to you through the Services does not transfer to you or any third party any rights, title or interest in or to such Intellectual Property, including, without limitation, any intellectual property rights in any Content and material included therein.
  21. CONTENT POSTED ON THE SERVICES. You understand and agree that Ex-Mays Portal may (but is not obligated to) review any classified ads, content, communication, information, Intellectual Property, material, messages, photos, videos, URLs, profiles and the like (collectively, "Content") that is published or displayed (hereinafter, "posted") on the Services and delete any such Content that in the sole judgment of Ex-Mays Portal violates this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of other Members or third parties. You are solely responsible for the Content that you post on the Services, or transmit to other Members or third parties. By posting Content to any area of the Services, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Ex-Mays Portal an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free and fully paid, worldwide license to reproduce, distribute, publicly display and perform (including by means of a digital audio transmission), and otherwise use Content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such Content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing. In addition, you represent and warrant that you have the right to post the Content and you will not post any illegal or prohibited Content and will not infringe, misappropriate, violate or contravene any third party rights (including, without limitation, any intellectual property rights). The following is a partial list of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited on the Website ("Prohibited Content"). Ex-Mays Portal reserves the right (but is not obligated) to investigate and to take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending Content from the Service and terminating the membership of such violators.
  22. Prohibited Content includes Content that:

                (a) is patently offensive to the online community, such as Content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;

(b) harasses or advocates harassment of another person;

              (c) involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming";

              (d) promotes information that you know is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;

              (e) promotes an illegal and/or unauthorized copy ("pirated") of another person's copyrighted work (whether marked as such, or not), such as, but not limited to, providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent copy-protection mechanisms, or providing pirated music, video or other pirated Content, or links to such pirated music, video files, or files that contain such other pirated Content;

              (f) contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);

              (g) displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind and in any form;

              (h) provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;

              (j) solicits passwords or personal identifying information of any kind for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users; and engages in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes.

  1. Any Content used for or photographs posted by you in your Member profile may not contain nudity, violence, sexually explicit, or offensive subject matter. You may not post a photograph of another person without that person's permission.
  2. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Members. Ex-Mays Portal reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members.

  3. To the extent permitted under applicable laws, Ex-Mays Portal shall not be liable to you, or any third party, for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages (including also lost profits) arising from your use of the services, even if Ex-Mays Portal has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  4. The communications between you and Ex-Mays Portal use electronic means, whether you visit the Website or send us emails, or whether Ex-Mays Portal posts notices on the Services or communicates with you via email. For contractual purposes, you (a) consent to receive communications from Ex-Mays Portal in an electronic form; and (b) agree that all terms and conditions, agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that Ex-Mays Portal provides to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications would satisfy if it were be in writing. The foregoing does not affect your non-waivable rights.
  5. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between you and Ex-Mays Portal regarding the use of the Services. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. Notwithstanding any other provisions herein, no party will be deemed as a third-party beneficiary to this Agreement and a third party (including another Member) who is not a party to this Agreement has no right to enforce any term of this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives to the greatest extent possible under any applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The failure of Ex-Mays Portal to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
